2009 Fall DDC U-11 Boys and Girls Academy

The Comox Valley DDC is again offering an Academy Program for U-11 Boys and Girls. The program will start on August 31^st and run for 10 sessions/weeks on Monday nights. Games may be arranged with other clubs.

These programs are offered by the Comox Valley District Development Centre with Ash Mohtadi and Darrin McLeod as Academy Head Coaches. While the program runs independently of the Comox Valley United Soccer Club, all Academy participants must be registered in a Spring or Fall season ( with a BC soccer Affiliate e.g. CVUSC) in order to ensure insurance coverage through BC Soccer.

Ash Mohtadi, Canadian Soccer National B license, will run the girls program while Darrin McLeod, BCSA Provincial B License, will co-ordinate the boys program.

The fall program will again be limited to 24 boys and 24 girls. The positions will be filled on a first come basis, however, the DDC Staff reserve the right to identify the most appropriate players possessing training ability and potential based on technique, skill, motivation,  physical (athleticism) and mental capability.

This program was very popular last fall and this past spring. We expect the registration to reach its 24 player maximum very quickly.  Registration forms will be emailed with confirmation. Please complete the form and bring it to the first session along with a cheque made payable to Comox Valley DDC.  The cost for the program is $100.00. Each child will receive an Umbro DDC jersey as part of their registration.
