High Performance Fall Training Programs will start in Comox on Friday,
Ocotber 3rd, 2008 at a location to be determined. There will be two progams offered for a duration of 8 weeks:
Fridays: 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm Intermediate Level Goalkeeper Development
Friday, Ocotber 3rd, 2008 to Friday, November 14th, 2008
Locationd: Lewis Park
Ages 13-18 years
Cost: $ 175.00 GST Included
Fridays: 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm Youth Level Goalkeeper Development

IKC reserves the right to place all goalkeepers into the appropriate training group based on a combination of
skill, technique, physical size and mental training capacity. This is an important part of our philosophy, which
ensures all goalkeepers learn the correct techniques regardless of age. IKC will also offer additional training for
all participants on a professional development date in combination with the Comox DDC during the fall. All
registered goalkeepers in either of the intermediate or youth goalkeeper development programs will participate
at no additional cost.
Shel Brodsgaard founded Island Keeper Clinics in 1993.
IKC provides goalkeeper development for all ages of
youth soccer players as well as coaching education.
Shel has produced two DVD’s and published a book
focussed on the correct technical development for
aspiring goalkeepers. IKC provides goalkeeper
development year round in Victoria, Nanaimo &
Denman Island. The return to the Comox Valley
in 2008 is another exciting step forward!
